iOS BAT Lost - Failed Transfer

13.0 BAT was in my iOS wallet prior to the one-time legacy transfer. I scanned the QR code on my desktop browser - it has been over an hour and my balance has not updated. There is no longer an option to scan again…

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

I have this exact same issue. It’s been several hours and still noting to my verified PC wallet balance. Super frustrating.

my tranfer from ios worked, but i only received parts of my wallet ammount.
Should i send you the same information?
I also have another ios device sitting here - should i wait for an update?

Same issue here Steven. I just completed the transfer from my Iphone to Desktop and have yet to receive any BAT and it’s been over 3 hours now

Could anyone help me? I have the same problem as the first one post, I lost all my BATs earned in IOS APP.
