Installation problem with Kaspersky Total Security

Description of the issue:
I use Kaspersky Total Security as antivirus.
I tried to install Brave browser in my windows 10 desktop and Kaspersky interrupted the installation (interesting because Kaspersky didn’t block Brave in my windows 10 laptop).

Kaspersky said it found and removed a malware:
PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic;
C:\Users\alexa\AppData\Local\Temp\CR_534D1.tmp\setup.exe;c:\users\alexa\appdata\local\temp\cr_534d1.tmp\setup.exe
The installation was interrupted.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Run Brave Browser Setup in a Windows 10 desktop with Kaspersky Total Security

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Brave Browser installation was interrupted.

Expected result:
xxx

Reproduces how often:
Every time I try to install Brave Browser in my windows 10 desktop, Kaspersky find a trojan, remove the file and interrupt the installation.

Brave Version(about:brave):
I don’t know the version as I didn’t conclude the installation.

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
xxx

Additional Information:
xxx

Hi @AlexandrePerlingeiro,

Its a false positive on Kaspersky detection. Please add it to the exclusion list, for now.
The teams is now in contact to solve this issue, AFAIK.

Thanks,
 .
