@Topsy4real thanks for filling out some of the template, but I do want to point out you may have missed a key thing there:

That part of the template is what applies to you. There’s little to nothing to be able to be done here on the forum. You need to submit a ticket. So go do the Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can look into your account.

Quite frankly, if you’ve been linked but not getting paid then you probably are flagged (suspended).
