Description of the issue: Clicking on this link leads to an infinite redirection loop because of the Brave Shield: http://bit.ly/LLamaCon

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Click this link: http://bit.ly/LLamaCon

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Infinite redirection loop.

Expected result:
Page redirects and successfully loads into this: http://www.cvent.com/events/llamacon-2019/event-summary-433783c9c00b42af8048e6e4f93a5b2e.aspx

Reproduces how often:
Every click.

Version 0.58.21 Chromium: 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Yes

Additional Information:
Works fine in Google Chrome. Does not work in a regular or private window, so it seems to be an issue with Brave Shield rather than my own extensions.
