Description of the issue: After downloading a file, and clicking the download icon, the icon increases in size and shifts the other toolbar icons.
How can this issue be reproduced? Download a file, and click the download icon. The icon will increase in size and shift the other icons.
Expected result:
No change in icon size on click.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Present in v1.63 through v1.65. Currently using v1.65.48.
