I use the Bookmarks Bar a lot, and I’m noticing some inconsistent behaviour with opening bookmarks that are contained within folders in the Bookmarks Bar. I also have “Always Show Bookmarks Bar” enabled.
- Click on a folder in the Bookmarks Bar (the contents of the fodler is displayed).
- If I click on a bookmark inside the folder, it opens in the current tab and the bookmarks folder is closed
- If I CMD+click on a bookmark inside the folder, it opens in a new tab as expected, but the bookmarks folder remains open. You have to manually click outside the folder to close it.
Ideally the Bookmarks Bar folder should be closed in both instances.
