Incoherence of BATs between new tab widget and Brave rewards

Description of the issue:
Hi guys,

In the new tab I have one amount of BATs,

In the same browser in Brave Rewards I have another amount (which is older one, that I can’t withdraw)

How can this issue be reproduced? Have the Brave browser installed.

Expected result:
Have the same amount in tab widget as in the popover.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.19.92 Chromium: 88.0.4324.152 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional info I’m using Brave on 3 different places I mean:

  1. At my job
  2. At home with Windows 10
  3. At home with Linux Ubuntu

All of them are connected to the same wallet.
