Inactive tab freezes after some minutes

Description of the issue:

whenever i open some tabs and don’t use other tabs for some minutes, other inactive tab freezes and when i click on the tabs, it reloads the page.
I am using windows 10 pro version 1903 . os build 18362.1082

How can this issue be reproduced?

1.open some tabs
2. don’t use other tabs for some minutes

Expected result:

  1. other inactive tab freezes

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.15.72 Chromium: 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)

could you

  1. disable all extension
  2. disable hardware acceleration
  3. try in private mode

or any combination of the above
