Any ETA on when Uphold wallets should get their payments? Its pretty weird how unverified users get theirs first.

Because there are certain procedures in places like Uphold. Transferring faster in unverified wallet as it goes directly to the Browser and only bravenin goes through the procedures. Always unverified users get their money fast from it.
