Impossibility to collect my BAT from the Android App

I collected BAT for 2 months with advertisements on my phone and i’m not able to get it because of a bug who said that it doesn’t work and i should try later but i updated the app and the problem is still here !!! What can i do?

You can try to disconnect uphold and re-connect it again!
