I left brave for Vivaldi, and when importing bookmarks and settings Brave was not one of the available options.

This would be a feature request for Vivaldi support! 
@billysielu In some contexts, Brave shows up as Chrome. If Chrome shows up in your import list and you haven’t installed Chrome, try that.
