In short, this feature basically adds a button to the location bar that allows you to get to the top page without having to retype the url or find a clickable logo.
EXAMPLE
While it’s a small feature, it’s something most people will end up using as it helps making navigation just a little bit easier. It’s something I’m sure a few people have missed, at least switching from Yandex to Brave.
