Description of the issue:
Any image you download trough Brave browser in a android environment is not visible in any other app (to use).
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Download a image through Brave
- Open any gallery app
- Observe it is not there
Expected result:
The downloaded image should be visible and available in other apps. And not in a brave protocol adress like brave://storage blah blah

Samsung S9 running on Android 12
Additional Information:
When you download a image, you can open it through the notification list at the top of the screen. But this is opening a brave:// protocol address and not a normal file location. This behavior is very annoying, because one want to use the downloaded image , nine out of ten times, in another app
