If I could get some clarification on contributions please

Briefly describe your issue:
Many months ago I reached the limit of connections on my uphold account after formatting my PC. At the time I wasn’t aware of this limitation and thought I only had to backup my wallet as I had always done before. Ever since, the only way I have of getting rewards if by accumulating it on the browser and donating it to myself every now and then (on my YouTube or Twitch profiles).
So, with vBAT going away, my question is whether the only way to keep earning rewards is to setup a monthly contribution to myself on either of those profiles, considering we won’t be able to accumulate a bit more before contributing. Also, can I just setup a monthly contribution to one of those profiles without having to turn on the auto contribution slider?
I’d also like to know if it’s possible to work with uphold or something like that to at least allow me to connect my uphold account to my home PC again.
For now, that’s all of my doubts.

No (limit of connections reached on uphold and now I can’t verify any of the computers that I use - home and work PC).

Long enough to not remember

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Yes? (1 or 2 times a week for a couple hours only)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?
Yes

There is no limit of connections any more, since May 2022.
You should be able to connect your devices.

The limits were removed back in May last year. There’s no official limit anymore but there might be a limit if the system thinks you’re trying to connect an unreasonable number of devices.

Brave highly discourages self tipping. It’s one of the terms of usages as well I guess.

When that thappened (reaching the uphold limit after a format) I did ask and was told there were no issues with self tipping. If there are now, that’s just nonsensical tbh… I don’t tell you who to donate to and how to spend the money you have in your bank account… it’s basically the same thing.
But yeah, considering that now I know the uphold limit is no more, I’m just going to reconnect my home PC to it and be done with it.
