I'd like to report a bug

I’m new here and I’m not really familiar on how this works (and my English is not good), but I’d like to report a bug. Everytime I download something (and save it from my SD card), the notification shows “download error” (see screenshot below) even it’s actually finished and no problem at all. This only happens when saving something on SD card.
