Hi. I sent out my ID document to verify my wallet and the Uphold service keeps telling me that they are in the process of verifying it. It’s been like this for almost two months and I even sent a message to Uphold customer service but have not heard back since. Does anybody know what to do in this case so that my Brave BAT tokens don’t expire once the 3 month limit hits and it zeros-out before I can transfer it to my wallet?
