Icon drag and drop will not work to claim rewards

Briefly describe your issue: I can not claim any of my rewards. Every time I try to used the icon drag and drop, It never works.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? windows 10 Brave 1.29.76

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) no

What date did you verify your wallet? asap

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? no

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) no

Are you in a supported region ? yes

Does your device pass the check (Android only)? NA

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? yes
