I synced mobile browser with computer browser, can I delete mobile app now?

Hello, I synced mobile browser with computer browser, If I delete mobile app now, will my data (open cards) remain in computer view of synced mobile app or will not be longer availible

Please edit your Original Post, above, to include:

  • Brave Browser version on each specific computing device

  • Each specific computing device Operating System

  • Did you also export your bookmarks to a “bookmarks.html” file?

  • Did you also export your passwords to a .csv file?

  • Did you save those 2 backups to a location that is distinctly different than the locations of where BB and BB data are located?

@davidcze if you just completely remove the app you should be fine. But if you delete any bookmarks, passwords, etc from your mobile device then that will sync and remove it from your computer. I am iffy about the open tabs portion but think it would remain as I’ve had it remain for a small time before, but if you have any important tabs I’d suggest you just bookmark those first to make sure they are safe.
