I still can't claim my BAT since February

In February I have made a POST in Brave community saying I can’t claim my BAT’s from publisher.
Someone tell me this happen because my Uphold account have been verify in February and he told me in 8 if March I have able to claim my BAT.
Today is 8 of March and I still can’t claim my BAT from publisher.
