it says im Brave Verified Publisher on the dev browser but not on the not dev one i wonder why

Each release version (Stable, Beta, and Dev) use different browser profile. And it seems that your Dev have an updated publisher list.
i downloaded on my dads laptop it works fine on stable but my laptop have not picked it up yet
