I installed a new windows therefore re-installed brave and was surprised to find that I couldn’t connect it again to my existing account and reclaim my Bats and bookmarks. I thought that it’s connected to google account but it isn’t, Can someone please help me?

Anytime you uninstall and reinstall Brave, or format your device, the old wallet is no longer accessible and Brave now sees that device as a new wallet. Any BAT that was not already transferred to a verified wallet is lost. If you are getting a Device Limit error, you can solve that with this link. Sorry for the crappy news.
