I live in the Netherlands. 2 Dutch websites cannot be accessed with browser Brave on a win11 system and on an android 11 phone but with browser Opera yesm without changing the network settings. Websites are: https://www.carinpool.nl and https://beweegteamsudwestfryslan.nl
