I haven't received BAT for 2 months

I didn’t receive my brave rewards from March and May, the BAT simply didn’t go into my browser wallet. I’m not receiving anything on both the PC and the cell phone. The ads are normal and I continue to receive them every day, as well as the BATs count per ad. However, at the end of the month, nothing is deposited into my browser wallet. My Uphold account is normal.

Having the same problem, this is the second month in a row that my earnings are deducted from both my PC and my phone browsers, but I don’t receive the payout. Last deposit to my gemini account was April 5.

First off, why did you delete the template? When you created your topic, it asked questions. You chose to delete those questions and provide no details. Why?

With that said, let me dive into the next thing:

Nothing gets deposited in your browser. For you to mention Uphold, I am guessing you’re linked to Uphold using Rewards? If so, that’s where your payments go, not to your browser. This kind of cycles around to the template questions. Are you in a supported country and is your Rewards currently connected to Uphold?

Right, you might be able to go to Uphold and login. But is it linked to Brave? If not, this might be your issue.

Just focusing on this, generally the answer would be to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can look into things and help you figure out what’s going on.

Assuming you’ve been connected and in a supported country, my guess is your account has been flagged/suspended. They stopped giving notices when it happens and you generally don’t find out unless/until you stop receiving payments and contact them. If this is indeed what has happened, they’ll review and determine whether to remove the suspension (remove the flag, reinstate your account) or if you will be permanently suspended (account not reinstated)

If it’s an issue outside of flagged/suspended accounts, they’ll gather info and fix it.
