Hello, my sincere apology for disturbing you.
A few days ago, while browsing the official site of Brave, I noticed an onion logo on the address bar. Out of curiosity, I clicked on it. As soon as I did that, an onion private tab opened, and I was redirected to the Brave onion mirror link (https://brave4u7jddbv7cyviptqjc7jusxh72uik7zt6adtckl5f4nwy2v72qd.onion/). After that, I exited the site.

I have never used the Tor browser or opened an onion link before. It was a scary experience, as onion sites have quite a bad reputation on the internet. And I am very oblivious to these things.

My question is “I have visited an onion link of Brave’s official site, will this compromise or harm me or my digital life in any sense in any sense?”

I would appreciate it if I get a reply as quickly as possible. As I am quite worried regarding this matter.

Ans: No, but you might read the following reference material. There is a suggestion in the 2nd link (by “Rethanis, Community Ninja”), that in some circumstances, it may be better to use the Tor browser, than to use the built-in Tor Onion Service of Brave Browser.
