Since August 2023 I have not received any bat, although I use the bat browser on both my cell phone and PC every day and frequently, I don’t know why no bat appears in my uphold account, and 0 rewards appear directly in Brave.
Most likely your account is/was flagged (suspended). This is especially the case since there were big announcements back then about changes in antifraud system and how lots of people got flagged.
Amazingly, there have been a lot of people only just now noticing they haven’t been getting BAT from back then. It honestly doesn’t look good. Average person isn’t going to wait nearly a year before reaching out to find out why they aren’t getting BAT.
Anyway, that’s just my personal response as another user. In terms of you getting help on the issue, you’ll need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can take a close look at your account and see if they can provide any assistance or answers.
