I have 26 downloads and 0 installs is their a bug just wondering

i have 26 downloads 0 installs and 0 confirms i was just wondering if their is a bug. i cant think of 26 downloads with out 1 install but i don’t know. thanks for your time

Thanks for posting! For the downloads to convert to installs, the user must continue to use the browser for 30days.
