My computer puked and I had to setup Windows again how can I get my Brave bookmarks back?
Were you syncing them to a Brave Sync chain?
Or, do you still have access to the original data, or a backup?
If neither of those is the case, I’m afraid you’re out of luck.

Otherwise, you need a tangible backup, as @JimB1 says.
