I had to change browsers to order a printer from Canon.

So, you will leave us no way to contact you when there are problems you don’t have answers to? Got it. Before you do that, I couldn’t pay for a printer I ordered from Canon. The place to enter my card information wouldn’t come up. I had to use the Chrome browser to do it.

FYI, yes you folks ARE being rude. Incredibly rude, hiding behind your FAQ, which NEVER answers a question I have. This problem is listed NOWHERE on this site. How will we be able to settle problems when YOU OBVIOUSLY DON’T WANT TO KNOW???
