I have been charged 9.99 dollars under the name of BRAVE TRAIL OVER followed by a phone number . When I have not taken any subscription of brave and I have gone through the link and checked in my account and no subscription plans were shown . i had just simply downloaded it on my desktop I have no idea if there is a way I can check why I have been charged this particular amount and I have clearly not provided any of my card details to brave

It is not asking for your Rewards ID, it is asking for your invoice number – you should submitting a Premium product ticket and it should look like this:

The charge you’re seeing is for a Premium product – likely the VPN. Even if you didn’t sign up for this intentionally, this is the place you need to go to get support for the issue. Please submit a ticket there and share the case number given in the email you get after submitting and we’ll be happy to assist.
