I don’t get ADs from Brave Rewards during my browsing but I go one if I lock my PC and unlock it sometimes during the day. I think that the result expected is for me to get ADs during my browsing.
Nothing changed it from what I tried. the website https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html show me Notification with sound. I’m on Windows 10 and I use Brave Version 1.18.78
That’s strange. 
Maybe check any device (mouse, keyboard, else) that may prevent Brave for “going idle”.
I don’t have anything specific I think, I just saw that when I locked it and unlocked it, the ad is poping up and then nothing else until I do it again a few times later
