I get logged out of all accounts every time I close and reopen Brave

I’m having an issue where every time I close Brave and open it again, I’m logged out of all my accounts. I’m not sure what’s causing it, but I think it could be related to browser settings, privacy features, or something with how cookies are handled.

Can you please tell me what browser version as well as what version of Windows you’re using when you see this?

Off the top of my head, there are a few things that might be causing you to be logged out of sites:

• You have data set to be cleared “On exit” — Please go to Settings --> History --> Clear browsing data --> [On Exit] and ensure that you do not have any of these boxes checked. If so, uncheck them and click Save:
  

  

• You have Forget me when I close this site enabled in Shields — This Shields option does exactly what it sounds like. When a site is closed, all data related to that site is cleared from the browser. Please ensure that this option is disabled for sites in which you want to stay logged into:
  

  

• You have Brave’s Shields set to Block all cookies — Most sites store login data in the browser by using cookies. If you have Shields settings configured to Block all cookies in the browser, this would prevent those cookies from being set. Please ensure that the sites in which you want to save your login information for are set to Block third-party cookies:
