I don't know where my BAT is going

I disconnected my Uphold account a couple months ago because I was very dissatisfied with the service. Since then, I have no idea where my BAT is going. It’s not staying in browser, it isn’t going to publishers (I know this because I’m only allowing it to go to my publisher channel and I’m not getting it), yet each of the last few months since disconnecting Uphold I just lose my BAT balance. Any insight on this? I’d hate to have to turn off rewards but I’m not going to continue getting served ads if I can’t keep the reward. If the BAT is somehow still going to Uphold I’m going to be pretty irritated - I can’t check that because I no longer have account access.
