Briefly describe your issue:

I bought a new computer, and I have two backup folder of the folder “BraveSoftware”. I want move all BAT to that computer.

I tried copy and replace the folder, but that make a Reward stuck in a error to decrypt.

Any staff to help me?

The error are:

Failed to reconcile ad rewards due to invalid wallet
Failed to redeem unblinded payment tokens due to invalid wallet
Failed to refill unblinded tokens due to an invalid wallet
Wallet does not exist and could not be created
Failed to create a wallet

First did you connect your wallet and then try?

How connect the wallet?

I tried copy folder, but the make a wallet corrupt and stuck rewards button

The only way to preserve BAT from a device that you are deactivating is by linking to an Uphold or Gemini wallet. You cannot transfer BAT from one device to another.

I don’t have the original computer of that backup folder.
