We haven’t even started this most recent payout. It begins on the 7th of each month and can take days or weeks to complete. So if you’re referencing that, you’re way too early to speak up. You can track the payout status at Ads Payout Status Update

When you created this topic, there was a template with information requested of you and had a set of instructions given. Why did you choose to completely ignore that and provide absolutely no information?

Going back to the template, you would have seen the information below which is what you should do, especially if you’re saying it was the prior month payout missing and not the current one:

Me neither, it appears that the payment was completed but it is not reflected in the account, strange and I looked at about 320 ads last month at least I hope to earn about 4 or 5 USD

So it’s a known issue and they are pushing things through again. But even if not, payout issues must be resolved through a support ticket and not through a forum post.
