I claimed my bats, but they never made it to my uphold

2 days ago the little poster appeared to claim my bats, which I did, but so far it has not reached my uphold wallet.

I have the browser updated to the latest version.

Did your BATs ever arrive into your Uphold wallet?

I did the same and mine are missing also.
