I can't use Brave at all anymore

I hit a web page that completely froze Brave. I have tried everything I can think of to purge it, even uninstalling and then re-installing the program, but it keeps coming up. I have a Mac OS X. I’ve switched to Safari but don’t like it nearly as much – mostly due to ads.

Hi @GMScan

You can try a completely clean profile, this will clear out any bookmarks, history, passwords, etc:

Be sure Brave is closed.
Navigate to ~/Library/Application Support
Rename the brave folder to be something else (brave-frozen could work)
Launch Brave again.
You should be starting fresh now.
