I can't redeem brave rewards

In the attached images I show you that I have received two brave rewards (January 0.250BAT and February 1BAT) and when I try to redeem the rewards I get an error message described in the last screenshot.

Please, what could be causing that error to appear?

Hello @steeven , how can I see the wallet id? I have not yet reached 25BATs to link my verified uphold account.
