I have the same problems! it’s 17th september 2019 but still i am not getting my rewards! every time notification came when i click claim then its just loading again and again! what is the problem!? i am using the update version which is available on play store! please solve the problem quickly… numbers of people having facing the same problem…
Actually you shouldn’t get any reward. It is a bug tells you that you have a reward.

@kadir could you please let us know what region is set on your device? Also please check if the device date is set correctly. As @eljuno mentioned currently we do not have any UGP grants going on. You may be seeing an expired grant.
