I can't received the March payout

I haven’t received March payout and February remaining payout. The “check status” button shown and disappeared the same time on 12 April 2022. 3 days ago, there is a captcha verification in the reward section. And passed the captcha verification. About 6 BAT earnings just vanished. I don’t have screenshots of the problem. What would be the reason.
