I can't receive my rewards even though I have registered Paypal

I’ve registered my Japanese bank on Paypal, but I haven’t received any rewards for 3 months since I started using Brave browser due to error.

The error message is always the same.
支払いを受けるには、少なくとも1つの銀行口座をPaypalアカウントに登録する必要があります。(You must have at least one bank account registered on your Paypal account in order to receive payment.)

I’ve tried to register several times, but it doesn’t solve the problem.
The same issue has already been raised, but it has been closed without being resolved.

hopefully when brave integrates its new onchain wallet you can move them
