I can't import bookmarks, passwords, and browser history from Chrome

When I try to import bookmarks, passwords, and browser history from Chrome, it tells me to close all Chrome windows and try again. It tells me to do this even though there are no Chrome windows open. What can I do to fix this?

First, can you make sure there’s no Chrome processes running in the background? You can check it via Task Manager. And try to import again.

Thanks, that worked. I had to close a lot of them.
