My wallet connected to uphold wallet on the browser.
Brave and uphold wallet app are working on my mobile phone without any problem.
But i decided to control my bat rewards from the browser today, i couldnt see any coming BAT for 4 months.
Latest received bat transaction 16 november 2024.
Please solve that problem and give my bat back.

@serhat I don’t understand what you’re saying. In one sentence you say you’ve been receiving payments with no issues but in the other you say you haven’t received in several months. Which is it?
If both are connected to the same Uphold account then you receive payments only as one lump sum.
Sorry i have to say you need to see an eye doctor.
As you can see (after doctor check) last payment date november 2024.
So I mean my BAT rewards are not coming.

No idea what you mean by “control” BAT Rewards. You just earn and it gets paid to Uphold. So this phrasing is weird as it would be controlled from Uphold and not Brave. Not sure what control you mean?
Desktop? Earlier you mentioned from your mobile phone. But now you mention from the browser. This leaves people to assume since you aren’t giving any details. All we know is you changed terminology compared to earlier.
So again, you phrased things weirdly. Part of what you mention about controlling BAT from the browser makes it sound like you’re speaking of the old vBAT, but that hasn’t been in place for a long time now. Or based on earlier phrasings, are we speaking of multiple devices or only one? Are you expecting multiple payouts monthly? This is where I asked you for specifics.
And if you had issues with missing payments, then you should have done what the template instructed, which is to create a ticket. This would be done rather than making a topic here:

Ideally you wouldn’t have created a topic but would have followed instructions to submit a ticket directly. Maybe you need that eye doctor yourself since it seems you couldn’t read instructions?
But if you had created this topic, you would have provided all the information in the template of which OS and version of Brave you’re using, etc. And your brief description just would have been that you noticed you hadn’t received payments for 4 months.
Of course, other thing is if you spent time searching for similar topics you’d have known what to do as well.
