I cant connect my rewards to my uphold wallet

I verified my uphold wallet but when I try to connect it with rewards I get this error.

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?
-yes, additionally i mailed them and they said my account is verified, if i have a problem i can use this community page.
