I cannot close my Uphold Account

First time user (newbie) so never had the need

My one device has no Auto anything setting.

(Discovered Brave Rewards)
(Read All presented rules and such)
(No mention of possible issues and/or potential problems)
(Downloaded the app of the only option available to use in Canada as a requirement by Brave to participate in an awesome headache free, free crypto earning rewards program- Uphold-)
(Provided Uphold with all required factual legal answers and photos of id, face, etc)
(Received Approved Notification from uphold in Uphold App and Email)
(Followed “Linked” instructions on Brave to link Brave Account to Verified Approved Uphold Account)
(Entered applicable Account information) (Receive Error Message In Browser that Brave cant link to Uphold because Account is incomplete) (HuH) (Wonders how it went from complete and approved to incomplete in a matter of minutes)
(Through investigation, Discovers this is an issue known from 2 years ago and there is a solution) (Wonders why the issue is still present from 2 years ago and why did i have to wait until after providing my personal private sensitive information to a company recommended by a privacy based and touted product to hear about issues - Red Flag #1.)
(Read post about solution to error involves funding account so you can pretend to withdraw funds but not really and provide yet another photo because i dunno, Red Flag #2 Free program requires personal funds to enrol to a hidden from initial signup 2 year old known issue. Sketchy. Must delete and close both Brave and Uphold, something is funny here, and not the haha kind.)

(So, Uphold will NOT allow me to close my account because?? Issues!! So Brave conned me to hand over all my private personal information to a company recommended by them to setup an account i cannot use unless i provide funds and banking/credit card information to be able to provide another picture of me to compliment the picture I provided them roughly 10 minutes ago. So they have all my info and legal id and wont allow me to clise and delete info unless i provide funds. Am i the only one who wonders why is this Free Rewards Program From A privacy based product being so sketchy. This email will be forwarded to all applicable regulatory Canadian and American entities for any future need for privacy protection.

Now, how do i close my Uphold account. I have opened a ticket, i have tried the chatbot, i have dug through the forum for a solution.
