I received BAT and it shows in my mobile, but it doesn’t show in my loptop.

Because it’s two different wallet, @colmiblue, and not connected to each others. For now, you’ll get different wallet (persona) for every Brave that you installed. https://brave.com/faq/#brave-personas

The team is working on wallet sync so you can use one persona across-devices.
