I can not get advertising rewards

Hi Community,
I can not get advertising rewards. the picture also turns constantly when I request the rewards and this return never ends.

Also, are there any settings we need to make to get advertisements in the app? How do we see Brave ads and what sites we need to allow to show ads.

The reason could be a bad internet connection, have you tried to get it via Wifi?

I tried it with wi-fi, it continues to turn again.
