Searching via address bar inconsistently locates open tabs to switch to

on a mac, latest brave version. I generally type in my address bar to find a bookmark and open it. I also noticed that sometimes/inconsistently, it shows me a “switch to this tab” button if there’s a matching open tab. The problem is, it’s inconsistent and I can’t figure out why. If you look at the screenshots, you can see that when I search for the word “returned” it finds that tab, and also the word “ultrawide”, but when I try “community” it doesn’t find the open tab with that word in the…

This looks to me like a bug. Not sure how to make sure it gets attention. Can’t bump it because it’s auto closed…
