It shows me January rewards are on the way and I am not able to claim it. Claim button is not there. My account is not verified.
That’s because not everybody has theirs yet. If you look where it talks about how it’s on the way there is a button that you can click on to learn more (See Details). If you scroll down and read, it tells you that not everybody will receive it on the 7th. Please do be patient and you should receive it within the next few days.
Your browser will eventually tell you that you have received it and then add the claim option or the message will go away completely. So long as it tells you that your rewards are on its way it means that it is still pending and you should receive it.
