I am using Windows and I am not able to claim my rewards for the past thee months. I have been updated with the rewards for the month and processing messages. Once they are ready, suddenly they disappear and in the statement also becomes Zero for the particular month. There is no claim option for the past three months…Since, I am from India, I could not connect with Uphold as it is not supported in my part of the world. Currently storing the rewards in the device only.
