I am flagged for some time now

I don’t know why but I’m flagged for some weeks on my MacOS…
I updated Brave and my OS but nothing changed…
Does someone have any idea of what I can do?
Sorry for my poor english by the way, I’m working on it!

MacOSX version: Monterey 12.6
